Margaret's Miracle

Today, Julie and I caught up with Margaret Neely in Belfast. Margaret is a walking miracle.

For 9 years she was a housebound cripple in a wheelchair. Her spine had been shattered and she was told she'd never walk again. She heard about the miracles happening at my meetings in Scotland in 2000 when revival broke out. Something in her told her that she had to get to the meetings from her home in Northern Ireland.

It took Margaret from 4am in the morning to 7pm at night to travel on a ferry and in several disabled taxis to get to the meetings in Scotland. She had to confront many fears to get to the meetings, having not left her home in so long. I prayed for her many times on the first night she came, but nothing happened. I encouraged her not to give up and told her if she kept coming I'd keep praying for her.

The next weekend, she made the long trip from Belfast to Scotland again. Again, there was no change after prayer. However, Margaret witnessed many outstanding miracles at the meetings and I continued to encourage her to keep believing for and pursuing her miracle.

She came a third weekend, but again wasn't healed.

On the fourth weekend, when she arrived, God spoke to me and told me that Margaret would walk that night. Mid way through preaching, God prompted me to stop and pray for Margaret. I held her hands and said, 'In the name of Jesus, get up and walk.'

Margaret later testified that she felt heat down her spine and she got up out of her wheelchair and walked. It was an amazing miracle! Margaret's testimony is inspirational because it demonstrates that not all healing is instant. Very often there's a process involved. God often wants to touch and heal the heart and emotions first, and this was certainly the case with Margaret who had many traumas and abuses throughout her life that needed to be healed.

It may seem that God isn't doing anything at times, but He is often at work on things you can't see. It also often takes a level of desperation and an attitude to be open to working with God and applying His principles to get the miracle. 12 years after her miracle, Margaret is still walking and serves God by ministering to others.

Progressive Healing of Multiple Sclerosis

This man suffered from multiple sclerosis for 20 years and has been losing strength, control and balance in his body. He walked out for prayer with some struggle. After each round of prayer, more strength returned to him. It's obvious in the first few minutes of the video that he has difficulty walking. But after a few more rounds of prayer, he was able to run and he walked back to his seat noticeably different; like a normal, healthy person.

This is a classic example of progressive healing. John Mellor demonstrates the principle of continuing in prayer and allowing adequate time for the power of God to bring the healing to completion.

In 2004 I was invited to Selkirk High School in the Scottish Border regions. I was the Christian representative for their annual World Religions Day. The school was anti-Christian and wanted to give the students a taste of all world religions and cults. There were JW's Mormons, Buddists, Hindus, Rastifarians.... You name it and they were there. We all faced the hundreds of students and had 5 to 10 minutes to present our different faiths.

When my turn came I stood up and declared that "Jesus is alive!" that He was present. I began with Words of Knowledge and declared...."There's a lady teacher here with shooting pains in her lower abdomen.....if you come here now I'll pray for you and you will be healed".

Well you could've heard a pin drop!

A teacher came forward and she was instantly healed. She cried out "It's real! it's real! the pain's gone!!!

I called out about 4 other students and they were all healed. One had a sprained ankle and he ran up and down the assembly hall! I was going over my time but the teachers and students cheered me on. I told them they needed Christ in their lives and then asked for permission to pray for the whole assembly to receive Jesus.

There was an open heaven and some of the other cult and religious leaders seemed quite agitated but I pressed on. Most bowed their heads and prayed the prayer to receive Christ. Afterwards at least a hundred teachers and students raised their hands in response to this. What an awesome God!!!!

They begged me not to leave and a teacher volunteered his very large home to hold a healing outreach meeting that same night. Many were again saved and healed. They begged me to come back and I did 2 weeks later held a meeting at Hawick down the road. The newspapers came and many again were healed and saved!

The biggest Scottish Sunday newspaper did a major story of a local blind man who received his sight. I don't have room to even tell a fraction of what God did.

The world is hungry to have the resurrected Christ revealed to them!!!!!

Cancer Healed

Blind Woman Healed 1 Month Later

I love testimonies like the one you're about to hear. This woman was blind for over three years. She received prayer but nothing happened....until one month later.

This is the testimony of a man healed of a deafness and a fractured neck at one of John Mellor's meetings. He said that he lived with chronic pain and inability to move his head and he walked with crutches for 40 years. He was also healed of deafness.

Ectopic Pregnancy Miracle

This is one of the miracles God did during John Mellor's recent visit to France. This woman had been suffering pain in her abdomen and bleeding. Blood tests showed that she was pregnant; however, diagnostic imaging showed no embryo in her uterus. It was concluded that she had an ectopic pregnancy. In such cases, the prognosis is always poor and the pregnancy would normally be terminated to save the life of the mother. There is no chance to bring the pregnancy to full term unless a miracle happens.

In the first video, John prays for the woman to be healed. The second video was recorded the next day. She testifies that after receiving prayer, all her pain was gone. The following day she went to the hospital for another scan, which showed that the fetus was now clearly seen in the uterus and she would not need an operation to terminate the pregnancy.

Multiple Sclerosis Miraculously Healed After 13 years

Marie gives her testimony of being healed of multiple sclerosis, which she had for 13 years. The interesting thing about this healing is that she wasn't the one being prayed for. But God's power still healed her. Thanks to John Mellor for being a faithful servant.

Cancer Healing Testimony

John Mellor is an Australian healing evangelist. In the first video, We see John ministering healing to a woman who had a 20 year history of Fibromyalgia and Lupus or Systemic Lupus Erythematosis. This video comes with a warning for those who aren't used to seeing the Holy Spirit at work. The woman being healed suddenly collapses on the floor. Some might find it shocking or offensive. But consider this - the healing power of God is every bit as real and powerful as an energized power line. If someone were to suddenly come in contact with that, they would be stunned at least and possibly rendered unconscious. This is not uncommon where God's power is at work, though it creates intellectual problems for many.

In the second video the woman tells about the healing and explained that power suddenly flowed into her body as John prayed for her and that's why she was knocked down. John's method of healing is a little different from that used by others. I'd ask you to consider the results, more than the method. In the third video many people testify of conditions they were haled of when he prayed for them. In the fourth video we hear the testimony of a man who was blind, paralyzed and was a diabetic. He tells of all the things he was healed of.
